Shipping and returns
We ship inside the United States only, from the California high desert. Here is exactly what you pay, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Shipping options
- Free shipping: free. USPS Ground Advantage. Dispatched within 3 business days. Typical transit is 3 to 9 business days once it leaves us.
- Expedited shipping: $27.99. USPS Priority Mail Express. Dispatched next business day. Typical transit is 1 to 3 business days once it leaves us.
Dispatch times are when the parcel leaves us, not when it arrives. Once USPS has it, delivery time is theirs. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.
Where we ship
The United States only, including PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet. If you are outside the US and want a set, email jtcratercompany@gmail.com and we will tell you honestly whether we can do anything about it.
Sales tax
None is charged. The price you see is the price you pay, plus the shipping tier you pick.
Returns, in plain language
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Every set is personalised with a specific crater, that crater is then permanently retired from our catalogue and offered to nobody else, and the certificate is printed with your dedication on it. There is no way to put that back.
Damaged or lost in transit is a different matter entirely. If your parcel arrives damaged, or USPS loses it, tell us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will replace the set or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You do not have to send anything back and you do not have to argue with us about it. A photo helps us improve the packing, but we will not make it a condition.
If we make a mistake on the certificate, that is on us. We reprint and reship it at our cost, with no time limit.
How to make a claim
Email jtcratercompany@gmail.com or use the contact form, quoting the order number that starts with JTCC. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of us agreeing the claim.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you contact us before the certificate has been printed, usually within a few hours of ordering, we will cancel and refund in full and release the crater back into the catalogue. After printing we cannot, for the reasons above.
